About Hossam Eldin

I am a passionate, seasoned Recruitment Consultant who does a deep distinctive executive search for every headhunting project. Having extensive talent acquisition experience and being aware of many industries helped me to become an attention-to-detail Headhunter. Dealing with sensitive occupations, that represent the brain of any business, allows me to fully utilize my knowledge and experience.

Gaining 6 years of experience in the HR industry, especially in recruitment, allowed me to have a complete understanding of the process from both external and internal perspectives. I put myself in the client’s shoes, what will make my business grow faster? What qualities should the candidate possess to deliver me the value I pursue?

On the other hand, I have to predict the candidates’ questions. So, I ask the client and fully understand the project’s details before we start. The candidates I’m dealing with in most cases are employees whose experience varies between 15 and 25 years in a business. This makes their decisions to be wiser and takes more time, that’s why I consider myself a goal-oriented consultant who manages time effectively.

Most c-suite executives are negative candidates, which drives me to ask myself a question before I ask them: “Why would I accept your offer?” I always persuade the candidate with the offer, illustrating benefits one after another. I ensure I understand what needs to be done to achieve results in demand.

To build a long-lasting and successful relationship, I have to work and interact well with people from all backgrounds. I have a strong belief that persistence accelerates workflow and increases the volume of work deliverables based on effective processes. I am eager to impact positive culture by recruiting talented like-minded professionals and ensuring the values, motivations, and interests of each individual are carried through the recruitment process as their career develops.
