The technology that SAP uses to understand employee experience can be very useful for the Human Resources department, and even more so now that both information and training are transmitted online. In this sense, the software serves to make more efficient use of employee information and streamline training processes.

For example, it can be useful for some of the most requested profiles in Human Resources , such as the Payroll Manager, in charge of the comprehensive management of the payroll process for the entire workforce; or for the Compensation and Benefits Manager, who creates the work quadrants, work calendars and adapts the templates.

It can also serve the Training and Development Manager to detect the professional growth needs of employees, or the Personnel Administration Manager, who is in constant communication and contact with workers to clarify labor-related doubts.
